      Student Government Association

The Office of Student Life provides leadership to the Student Government Association (SGA), serving as a liaison between faculty/staff and students, providing a voice for the student body, and recommending state legislation affecting community college students across the state.

The Student Government Association of Navarro College exists to serve students by making the most of each student’s undergraduate experience. By speaking on students’ behalf in all areas of campus life, SGA represents student interests to the Navarro College administration and the community in Corsicana, Waxahachie, Midlothian, and Mexia, Texas.

If you’re interested in developing leadership skills, the Student Government Association provides structured & non-structured activities on campus as well as hands-on learning experiences that will give you a competitive edge in your education and life skills.
