Reserve Study Rooms
The Sanchez Library offers four enclosed spaces for use by study groups.
Large Study Rooms
Two large conference rooms are located on the second floor. Subject to availability, each of these rooms may be reserved for up to two hours by study groups of no more than four students.
Please note: since enclosed study spaces in the library are at a premium, if a conference room is not reserved by a student study group, then any free seats in the room may be used by any student.
To reserve one of these conference rooms, please contact the Library Assistant in charge of the library’s front desk at least one day prior to the date on which you wish to use the room.
Only one advance reservation at a time will be accepted.
Small Study Rooms
In addition to the large conference rooms, two small study rooms (205 and 206) are available upon request for use by one to two students.
These rooms may be reserved for up to two hours from the time the reservation is made and/or for one two-hour session in advance. If at the end of a study session the students using the room need additional study time in the room, the reservation may be extended an additional two hours if it has not been requested by another group.
Rooms may not be reserved back-to-back (i.e., for 4 consecutive hours) in advance.
Only one advance reservation per week is permitted.
